Product Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we're here to make your shopping journey a seamless and delightful one. We ensure your order is expertly packaged and delivered with utmost care. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may occur, and could spoil your purchase experience. Worry not! Our team is readily available to assist you in an efficient and straightforward replacement process.

If your order arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong item, Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and hassle-free exchange process.

NOTE:
You have an option of cancelling the order before your order is dispatched, however, you are not allowed to cancel the order once it is dispatched, also we do not entertain partial cancellation.
We request you to record a clear unboxing video from the moment the sealed package is opened. This video is mandatory for any exchange to be processed.

Damaged Products Delivered? Here's what to do

In case of damaged products, in order to request a replacement, you are required to report the issue within 2 days or 48 hours of product delivery.
After a thorough verification of the damaged product(s) by our team and post checking the unboxing video recorded by you, you would be eligible to receive a replacement.

Received a Wrong or Incomplete Order? Here is what you need to do

If you report the issue within 2 days / 48 hours from the delivery date, we'll promptly replace them for you.
For any wrong or incomplete orders, an unboxing video will be required for further verification and approval from our team.

Adverse Effects from Products: What You Need To Know?

While our products prioritize safety of our customers, we recommend a Patch Test for sensitive skin or allergies before full application. If you come across any adverse reactions, discontinue the usage of the product and promptly contact our customer care. Please adhere to product usage instructions to minimize any potential risks.

  • We do not offer any Dermat Treatments
  • We do not offer any sort of monetary Compensation
  • There is no Product Returns Policy, Especially for Used or Open Sealed Products

Eligibility Criteria for Smooth Exchange

To maintain quality standards and ensure fairness, please review the following eligibility criteria:

  • Products are eligible for exchange only if: They arrive damaged, defective, or You have received an incorrect item.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your order. 
    Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept requests beyond this window.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original condition, including all packaging, seals, and labels. Please note that due to hygiene reasons we cannot accommodate order cancellations after order is dispatched.
  • Products that have been used, tampered with, or are customised / personalised are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Write to us at consumer@naturepurewellness.in, mentioning:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. A short description of the issue
  3. The required unboxing video as an attachment

Our customer care team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with next steps.

If approved, you will be asked to ship the product back to us.

  • Return Shipping Address will be provided.
  • Kindly mention your Name, Order Number, and Mobile Number on the parcel.
  • Once shipped, email us the courier name and tracking ID at consumer@naturepurewellness.in

Shipping & Timeline

Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges unless stated otherwise.
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will dispatch the replacement within 30 working days.
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location and courier service.

Important Guidelines

We encourage customers to check the product upon delivery and inform us immediately in case of any issue.
All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our quality assurance team.
Customised products are not eligible for exchange under any circumstances.
Nature Pure Wellness reserves the right to reject exchange requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
