Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the following business day.

Rates are calculated based on weight and destination, and shown at checkout.
3. Carriers & Tracking

We ship via trusted couriers (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, ekart).

A tracking number is provided via email/SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.

You can track your order in real time on the courier's site.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Standard orders arrive in 5–7 business days, varying by location.

Remote/rural orders may require 1–2 additional days.
5. Processing Delays

During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing might take an extra 1–2 business days.

6. Delivery Issues & Damages

If your package is lost, damaged, or incomplete, email us within 2 days of delivery with photos/videos and order details.

We’ll work with the courier to resolve quickly and, if needed, send replacements.
7. Address Errors & Refused Packages

Incorrect addresses may incur a re-delivery charge.

If you refuse delivery, the returned parcel costs plus original shipping will be deducted from any refund.
8. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India.

9. Customs, Taxes & Duties

All local taxes are included in checkout prices.

No hidden charges apply for domestic deliveries; duties only apply if we ship internationally.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

Need to change or cancel? Contact support before dispatch. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery to initiate a return.
