Shipping policy

1. Processing & Order Confirmation

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Weekend or holiday orders will be processed the following business day. 

  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order number.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping

    • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days across India.

  • Rates are calculated based on weight and destination, and shown at checkout.

3. Carriers & Tracking

  • We ship via trusted couriers (e.g. Delhivery, Blue Dart, ekart).

  • A tracking number is provided via email/SMS once your order leaves our warehouse.

  • You can track your order in real time on the courier's site.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard orders arrive in 5–7 business days, varying by location.

  • Remote/rural orders may require 1–2 additional days.

5. Processing Delays

  • During high volume periods (sales, holidays), processing might take an extra 1–2 business days.

  • Significant delays? We’ll keep you updated via email/SMS.

6. Delivery Issues & Damages

  • If your package is lost, damaged, or incomplete, email us within 2 days of delivery with photos/videos and order details.

  • We’ll work with the courier to resolve quickly and, if needed, send replacements.

7. Address Errors & Refused Packages

  • Incorrect addresses may incur a re-delivery charge.

  • If you refuse delivery, the returned parcel costs plus original shipping will be deducted from any refund.

  • No hidden charges apply for domestic deliveries; duties only apply if we ship internationally.

10. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Need to change or cancel? Contact support before dispatch. Once shipped, you can refuse delivery to initiate a return.
